WATCHER ANGELS AND SCRIBE ANGELS
WATCHER ANGELS Recently, as I was sharing with someone about the four angels I saw in the four corners of the room, while preaching in the Dominican Republic, I called them "Watchers". The Holy Spirit directed me to go to Daniel 4. Sure enough, a Watcher angel, a Holy One, was mentioned in Daniel 4:13 "I saw in the visions of my head [as I lay] on my bed, and behold, a watcher, a holy one, came down from heaven." It is important to point out, that there are fallen watcher angels, as described in Genesis 6:2-4 2 The sons of God saw that the daughters of men were fair, and they took wives of all they desired and chose. 3Then the Lord said, My Spirit shall not forever dwell and strive with man, for he also is flesh; but his days shall yet be 120 years. 4There were giants on the earth in those days--and also afterward--when the sons of God lived with the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. These were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown. But at the moment, I like to focus on the holy Watchers, who are of a higher order of angels, like the Archangels. Those powerful watcher angels are released in this hour to partner with us. As we intercede and declare, mighty manifestations of heavenly proportions will be released to bring in the end time harvest. We can come together with one another to shift atmospheres, in order to bring heaven to earth. Heaven has been opened since Jesus Christ died on the cross and after three days rose again. He made it possible, because of His blood and sacrifice, to enter through the door into heaven (see Revelation 4). We do not worship angels, but it is important to not ignore their existence and the need to acquire wisdom about angelic hosts and their purposes. These watcher angels are released, commissioned and assigned by God to execute and fortify what we decree and declare according to God's word and purposes. Therefore, it is important to realize, that what we bless and declare lawful will be blessed and allowed, and what we curse or declare unlawful, will be cursed and forbidden. Psalm 103:20 NKJV Bless the LORD, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His word. Job 22:28 You will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways. The angels heed the voice of His word, and minister on His behalf. They hear the word spoken through us, because His word will not return void, and they are send out on assignments to perform His word. There are regions and entire nations, who have been resistant to the Gospel. For decades, the prayer focus of the 10/40 window was directed precisely towards those areas. It is because of the intercession and declarations, that the ground is being made ready, for the Gospel to penetrate these nations and the end-time harvest to gather. I also am aware, that we need the angels, like the Archangels and Watcher angels, who are higher ranking, to come and assist us. Massive corporate intercession and strategic assignments in agreement with the plans of God, will open the way for the roaring fire of holy angels to destroy the darkness caused by principalities and release powerful outpourings of God’s Spirit making His ministers flames of fire. And of the angels He says: "Who makes His angels spirits And His ministers a flame of fire." Heb 1:7. Daniel's Encounter with Angels We can read in Daniel, how, when he first started to make requests with prayer and supplications, by humbling himself and making confessions, the Archangel Gabriel was dispatched to bring the answer. Daniel 10:12-13 "Then he said to me, "Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard: and I have come because of your words. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; and behold, Michael one of the chief princes, came to help me for I had been left alone there with the kings of Persia." Daniel 10:20-21 "Then he (Gabriel) said, "Do you know why I have come to you? And now I must return to fight with the prince of Persia; and when I have gone forth indeed the prince of Greece will come. But I will tell you what is noted in the Scripture of truth. (No one upholds me against these, except Michael, your prince." Daniel 11:1 "Also in the first year of Darius the Mede, I, even I, stood up to confirm and strengthen him.) . God created angels as his messengers, to serve and protect us, because they are mighty in strength, but also to enforce the kingdom of God on this earth. Gabriel brings understanding and revelation. Michael, as a warring angel, came as a Warrior, to subdue the prince of Persia, a demonic principality. There are principalities over nations, regions and continents. Various Angels are assigned to churches (see Revelation 2, 3), nations, regions and believers. Hebrews 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation? SCRIBE ANGEL While praying and worshiping, I saw a Scribe Angel. He was seated at a table and wrote in a book. The revelation I had was, that the Scribe Angels are assigned to write down everything we say and declare according to God's word and purposes. Let's give them words of destiny to scribe. Because they do not want to hear us gripe! Were in the Bible are Scribe Angels mentioned? Malachi 3:16 Then those who feared the Lord talked often one to another; and the Lord listened and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him of those who reverenced and worshipfully feared the Lord and who thought on His name. Psalm 56:8 You number and record my wanderings; put my tears into Your bottle--are they not in Your book? Revelations 20:12 I [also] saw the dead, great and small; they stood before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is [the Book] of Life. And the dead were judged (sentenced) by what they had done [[a]their whole way of feeling and acting, their aims and endeavors] in accordance with what was recorded in the books. I can see, that the Lord has Scribe Angels assigned to write in the book of rememberance and the other books mentioned. Just as the heavenly Scribe Angels, so the demonic, fallen angels write down when we release wicked, foul words. Ezekiel 28: 12, 14 "You were the model of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were anointed as a guardian cherub for so I ordained you…." Biblical scholars consider these passages to refer to Satan before his fall and as we know, there are fallen angel, demons, who are doing his bidding. LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH In another vision, while standing in the court room of heaven, I saw the face of a Lion. As I pondered, I started to realized, that it was Jesus Christ, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, as the Righteous Judge and I cried out: "Not guilty, not guilty, not guilty!" Jesus is our Advocate and we are acquitted, as we ask for forgiveness, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sin and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (see 1 John 1:9) We can agree with our accuser quickly, always realizing we are forgiven and not guilty by the blood of the Lamb. MY SCROLL After that, I saw the Lord showing me my scroll. This scroll represents what my purpose is while on earth. The Lord was pointing to sections on my scroll, representing assignments I may have forgotten about or I am not aware of. He is pointing out what is still ahead. This caused me to pray about the visions and prophecies I received in the past, including the missions the Lord has assigned to me. As well as, asking for an increased sensitivity to the Holy Spirit's promptings. ACTIVITIES OF ANGELS, A COMMONPLACE - ANGELS ALL AROUND Now to put everyone at ease, let me remind you, that the activities of angels were very common place in the New Testament, as well as somewhat in the Old Testament. Before the birth of Jesus Christ, His birth was heralded to Mary by the Angel Gabriel. An Angel visited Joseph in his dream, once to tell him it was alright to marry Mary, because this was of Him. The second time after Jesus was born, to warn Joseph to take Mary and Jesus to Egypt for safety sake. Angels came to minister to Jesus after He was tempted by the devil. (see Matthew 4). Even the stone was rolled away from the tomb, where Jesus body laid, by an angel. In the book of acts we can read about many encounters Peter, Paul, Silas, and others had with angels. My prayer is for those who like to be more sensitive to the angels and to have revelation on why they are sent, I like to ask the Lord to grant this to you. In order for you to engage with what is happening in this hour. For you to possess your gates and realizing that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church.
